Therapeutic Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner

Devi Sathiah
Reiki and reflexology are transformative healing practices that blend passion for wellbeing with the power of holistic care. My own journey of healing began with reflexology as a fertility treatment, where I discovered its profound impact on restoring balance and nurturing the body’s natural rhythms. After struggling with fertility challenges, I turned to reflexology and experienced first-hand how this ancient therapy can stimulate the body's healing processes, improve circulation, and support hormonal balance. The results were both physical and emotional, sparking a deep connection to the power of holistic therapies.
Through Reiki, I further embraced the energy flow within the body, using gentle touch to release blockages and promote a sense of relaxation and inner peace. Together, these practices helped me not only on my fertility journey but also in cultivating overall wellbeing, allowing me to reconnect with my body and trust its ability to heal. Now, as a practitioner, I share this journey of healing with others, providing a nurturing, compassionate space where individuals can experience the profound benefits of reflexology and Reiki. My passion is to help others tap into their own inner strength and vitality, guiding them toward a path of balance, rejuvenation, and transformative wellness.

Doctor of Acupuncture and Homeopathy

Dr Andi Carr
Dr Carr qualified from the University of Johannesburg with her Masters in Complementary Medicine. The course incorporates Homeopathy, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
She is a Melkbosstrand local who has grown up in the area since childhood. As such, she cares deeply about the local community. Since her infancy she has been treated with Homeopathic medicines and occasionally with Acupuncture. As such, her own personal experience as a patient with these practices developed a strong desire to become a practitioner of Complementary Medicine.
Dr Carr is a gentle, caring individual committed to tailored, holistic treatments for each patient. Her special fields of interest include family medicine, paediatrics, musculoskeletal conditions and neurological conditions.
Homeopathy was founded in 1796 by Dr Samuel Hahnemann.
The primary principle of Homeopathy is the law of similars, meaning that the symptoms induced by a substance when given to a healthy individual can be used to treat the same manifestations in an ill individual. These manifestations include, physical, mental and emotional factors.
Homeopathy employs the use of dilute substances. The reasoning behind this is attributable to the Arndt Schultz Law which is a pharmaceutical law that states, “Small doses or concentrations stimulate cellular activity, moderate doses or concentrations inhibit cellular activity and large doses or concentrations destroy cellular activity”.
In its totality, Homeopathy is a gentle form of medicine which does not result in addiction or side effects. It can be safely used during pregnancy, by children and the elderly.
The primary focus of Homeopathic treatment is that each remedy is tailored specifically to each individual. Although two patients may consult regarding the same illness, they will leave having been given entirely different remedies according to their individual holistic presentations.
Common conditions treated Homeopathically include allergies, headaches, asthma, eczema, common colds, influenza, irritable bowel syndrome, arthritis, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, depression, anxiety and insomnia to name a few.
Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture is a form of medicine which is over 2000 years old. The core philosophy of this form of medicine center around attaining balance in the body. Illnesses may be caused by imbalances between Yin and Yang, the five elements, Qi, essence, blood and bodily fluids. Illnesses may also be caused by exogenous pathogens such as Heat, Fire, Coldness, Dampness, Dryness or Wind as well as various endogenous factors. Treatment of these syndromes is conducted utilising acupuncture needles over specific acu-points as well as Chinese herbs.
Once again, each treatment protocol developed for each patient is developed based on the holistic presentation of the patient. As a result, although two patients may consult regarding the same illness, each patient will be treated utilising different acupoints and different Chinese herbs.
Common conditions treated by Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture include: stroke, Bell’s palsy, headache, TMJ, sciatica, frozen shoulder, back pain, tennis elbow, abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, infertility, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Nutrition & Health Coach

Lorraine Coetzer
At WellnessFundi Coaching, I believe that healthy food and a healthy lifestyle is the answer to unlimited living... it can change your life!
I am a certified Nutrition and Health Coach and I support overwhelmed adults with busy schedules to feel better in their bodies through simple, sustainable daily habits.
The focus is on improving energy, sleep, and stress levels — not on rigid rules or perfection. My approach helps people build realistic routines around food and lifestyle that fit into real life, even when time and energy are limited.
Rather than quick fixes, we focus on small, consistent actions that support:
• More stable energy throughout the day
• Better sleep and recovery
• Reduced stress and burnout
• A calmer, more confident relationship with food
When these foundations improve, many people naturally notice positive changes in how they feel, function, and show up in their daily lives.
This is practical, personalised support designed for people who want better health without adding more pressure to already full lives.
